Sending SQL Queries to your databases, receive and even edit the resultsets and commit changes back to your servers. Isn’t that what you often need when modifying your tables or extending your database design? But you had to switch to MySQL Query Browser to get things like this done.
Well, guess what, MySQLWorkbench 5.2 will be able to do just that. Right in the same application where you layout your database design and tweak your tables you’ll be able to connect to your server and start writing your queries to check the status of your data or test a select for a new database-view. So no need to fire up another app – MySQLWorkbench will replace MySQL Query Browser and MySQL Administrator.
